Please complete the custom order request form located on the Custom Design Orders Page. Orders will be reviewed, and you will be contacted directly with approval within 1-2 days of submission. For custom apparel, a Heat Transfer Vinyl is used and adhered with an industrial heat press. Due to this method, not all images can be placed on apparel clearly including detailed or small. We will work with you directly regarding your custom images to ensure the best level of quality for your product. Please add as many additional details as possible in the notes section of the custom order request form. For non-apparel custom items, a permanent adhesive vinyl is applied to the surface of the item. The permanent adhesive vinyl will adhere to most surfaces. We will work with you directly to personalization

• Wash inside out in cold/warm water • Tumble dry low or hang dry • Do not iron directly on the design • Do not dry clean

We do not manufacture garments and are not responsible for the sizing of the products. L Michelle Events & Design is only responsible for the decoration of the garments. Sizing varies from brand to brand and garment to garment. We offer size charts for all products. All size charts can be found on the product detail page as well as the Sizing Charts tab. We are not responsible for any shrinking of the garments. Polyester blends are more resilient to shrinkage, and we offer pre-shrunk cotton garments which will be listed in the product description. Please choose sizing carefully based on the sizing charts provided.
